How is AttendanceSuite deployed?
It can be deployed in two ways. Software as a service (hosted at the Matrixwebs Data Center) or as a Server Version (hosted on your own company's server/network).
What databases does AttendanceSuite support?
AttendanceSuite currently supports MS SQL.
Is AttendanceSuite customizable?
The general answer is yes. We developed AttendanceSuite to accommodate most companies' needs. However, if you desire certain features to be customized, just send us a message with your request and a representative will be happy to discuss it with you.
Is training required for AttendanceSuite?
Some training will be required for the system administrator to configure initial settings, however we do offer some assistance, video tutorials, a wiki and a user guide to help guide you through the process.
If I hosted elsewhere, what are the server requirements?
  • Server: Minimum Pentium III compatible or higher, 1 GHz, 1 GB Ram, 80 GB drive space
  • Recommended Server: Intel Xeon 2 GHZ, 4 GB RAM, 160 GB drive space, Raid 5
  • Backups: Tape or removable backup drive
  • Internet Connection: Broadband connection recommended for employee extranet, updates, and other features
  • Operating System: Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server
  • Web Server: IIS 5.0 or IIS 6.0, ASP.Net 2.0
  • Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
Can AttendanceSuite be used to setup role based security and access control?
Yes. The administrator can create groups and set their permissions.
How much does AttendanceSuite cost?

Can the look be rebranded for my company?
Yes. Your company's logo and even color scheme can be incorporated for a nominal fee.
Do you offer a maintenance contracts?
